- All quoted rates are in Indian Rupees (INR), per room per night including a Buffet Breakfast / Fixed Menu Breakfast.
- Taxes: Luxury Tax on all hotel bookings routed through the OC CWG Delhi 2010 have been waived by the Government between 16 September 2010 Check in at 12 noon to 16 October 2010 Check out at 12 noon. For any room bookings before 16 September and after 16 October 2010 luxury tax will apply and will be payable directly to the hotel on check out. As breakfast forms a part of your accommodation, a DVAT will be applicable for the same and is included in the invoice.
- Service Charge of 2.5 percent will be applicable only on The Ashok, Samrat and Janpath room tariff.
- All extras to be paid directly to the hotel, at the time of check-out.
- Country Inn and Suites serves vegetarian food only.

| | Terms of Payment
- A deposit payment of 30 percent of the total billing should be made by 15 March 2010 to secure your reservation.
- Second installment of another 30 percent of the total billing to be paid by 15 April 2010.
- Balance 40 percent to be paid by 15 June 2010.
All accommodation during the Games period is subject to a four - night minimum stay.

Room Rate
All prices are per room per night in Indian Rupees. Room rates do not include Government taxes. Hotel prices are based on up to two persons sharing a room. All prices are based on use of existing bedding; additional charges will apply for use of a roll-away extra bed.
Payment
As the last date of receiving the payments by bank transfers was 10th of September 2010, Organising Committee is not accepting any more bank remittances against any new bookings or amendments. We will raise an Invoice along with which we will send a Declaration Form which would be required to be signed by the respective guest agreeing to pay the amount at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Cancellations
100% Deposit payment will be forfeited for each room in case of any amendment / reduction in days or cancellation from 31st August 2010.
Accommodation Information
Check-in and check-out at all hotels is 12 noon.
General Terms
The OC CWG Delhi 2010 (including its GTO) does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the act, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party suppliers such as airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your accommodation package over which we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses incurred or inconvenience caused, directly or indirectly, by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather conditions, acts of God, acts of government or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of equipment or machinery or industrial action. In the event of cancellation or change on account of the above, the OC CWG Delhi 2010 (including its GTO) will offer alternative arrangements if any are available or, if alternatives are not available or are reasonably acceptable to you, it will refund that part of any money paid which relates to the accommodation package or service that has been cancelled or changed. In particular, the OC CWG Delhi 2010 (including its GTO) will not be liable (subject to any statutory provisions having contrary effect) for any loss or damage sustained because of delays or inconvenience that might be experienced during your stay of accommodation.
